Community Sector

WRI's team of analysts and associates work with not-for-profits, community organisations and service providers to build understanding of markets and trends, develop strategies, prepare independent program evaluations, and support grant funding applications. A sample of our work is set out below.

WRI was commissioned by LiveBetter (formerly CareWest) to assist in collating data to prepare a grant application to develop a new facility to support community health and disability services in Orange.

Housing Impact Study

The Housing Alliance commissioned WRI to prepare a report on the economic contribution of the sector to regional economies.

Evaluation of Schools Program

WRI was commissioned by the Association of New South Wales Regional Conservatoriums to evaluate Conservatorium services to school age children.

Impact of Cultural Institutions

WRI was commissioned by Museums and Galleries NSW and EvoCities to analyse the value of regional museums and galleries to the economy, including inbound tourism, as well as volunteerism, jobs and economic activity.

Future Skills for Aged Care Workforce
