Most incoming calls have been affected and you may be hearing a ‘Network Congested’ message and the call fails. Our service provider is working to resolve this issue but in the meantime we ask that if you wish to contact us you can do via emailing team@wri.org.au or calling our Administration Officer Heather on 0428 628 583. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope to have this issue sorted soon. Remember to remain positive in this situation and work together so we can all remain healthy, happy and safe.

INDUSTRIES

TESTIMONIALS

NEDRA BURNS

NEWCREST MINING

WRI provided Cadia Valley Operations (CVO) with an accurate representation of its economic and social impact on local communities and enable the development of long term impact mitigation, community support and mine closure programs.

WRI digested and sifted through large amounts of financial and social data, conducted stakeholder interviews and completed independent research to meet the brief. The final report is reliable and easy to read. CVO is confident that it is an accurate representation of impact and it is now a valuable reference for short and long term planning within the organisation.

TIM NICHOLS

DUBBO REGIONAL COUNCIL

WRI were a fantastic organisation to work with on the Skills, Construction and Opportunities Research project they completed for the Dubbo, Gilgandra and Narromine regions. The processes they followed were extremely thorough, they listened to the project brief and hence the report outcomes were fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending WRI for any such project.

LEAH FLINT

MAITLAND CITY COUNCIL

Maitland City Council engaged WRI to undertake economic benefits modelling to support a  ‘Resources for Regions’ funding  application. Our project, was not straight forward in terms of modelling and this required dedicated research from WRI to develop meaningful indicators and rigorous sources of data.  Ultimately, our application was successful in demonstrating the long term economic benefits of this project, gaining a $9.92 million grant.
