The WRI has extensive experience in conducting community, business and market research surveys, particularly in regional areas.

Surveys are conducted by suitably trained and professional local staff in our dedicated research room at the WRI offices at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst under continuous quality control monitoring and supervision.

The WRI is a member of the Association of Market and Social Research Organisations (AMSRO) and abides by the stringent quality, privacy and confidentiality guidelines enforced by the organisation. The WRI has a pool of locally based casual interviewers that have been given appropriate levels of training. These interviewers have been employed for local and national telephone and field survey work. Data is collected on the WRI Computer Aided Telephone Interview (CATI) system which will reduce potential data entry error.
